Q How do I bid at a Tracker Auctions Sale?

A You review the catalogue of items at Tracker Auctions and create your account profile with your credit card and details. You will then be approved to BID! Then, take your time before the lots begin to close to review the catalogue, bookmark lots or items that interest you. Place your pre-bids and prepare for final day when the auction begins to close and the serious excitement begins!

Q What will happen if I get out bid?

A You will need to decide to increase your maximum bid or see it sold to another bidder who is will to pay more. The highest bid win the item.

Q How much time will I have to decide if I want to bid more on the live portion of the auction sale?

A You will only have a few minutes to decide if you want to increase your maximum bid you are will to pay for the item. Live Auction World or iCollector has a 'soft-close' process which means, when there are only a few minutes remaining and a bid is received, additional time will be added to allow competing bidders to get their bids in without missing out.

Q Why does Tracker Auctions charge a buyer's premium?

A Tracker Auctions charges a buyer's premium of 15% or 18% for credit cards to cover some of our time, expenses and fees involved in presenting items for sale in a virtual environment. We complete the transaction with you on behalf of our consignors.
